CTCI REI Engineering Services Co., Ltd., established in 1984, is an affiliate of CTCI Group. Our headquarters are located in Taipei City, with a branch office in Kaohsiung City.

We possess dual qualifications in large-scale engineering technical consulting and integrated construction. Leveraging our professional engineering experience and the synergistic resources of the group, we provide clients with the highest quality and most comprehensive engineering services.

Our services cover engineering planning, design, construction, and project management for both public and private sectors, as well as engineering integration and turnkey (EPC) projects.

History

CTCI REI is a subsidiary of the CTCI Group.

CTCI Group (TWSE:9933, TPEx:5209), established in 1979, is an international turnkey engineering company dedicated to providing the most reliable engineering services globally. It emerged during Taiwan's economic boom in the 1970s, becoming a pioneer in the domestic oil refining and petrochemical industry, and is active in energy, environmental, transportation, and general industrial engineering fields.

CTCI REI came into registration under the law of Taiwan in the year 1988 from the CTCI Exploration Services Corporation (since 1984) when the CTCI Group increased the company’s capital. From the original oil drilling, with only about ten employees, the CTCI REI grew and expanded along with Taiwan’s economy by focusing ourselves in the public works.

CTCI REI's core business areas currently include high-tech factory and office projects, green/smart building projects, and MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) and rail engineering.

CTCI REI is one of the few companies in Taiwan that possesses both an engineering consulting background and a Class A comprehensive construction license, enabling it to provide end-to-end services from planning and design to construction and management. It has also obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), and TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation) laboratory certifications.
