Under the witness of CTCI Group Intelligent Solutions Business (GISB) CEO Mr. Kuo-Ann Wu, the handover ceremony for CTCI SEC Chairman & CTCI REI President were successfully concluded on Aug. 5 at each company, respectively. At the ceremony, CEO Wu made a small speech to thank the preceding Chairman, President, and the newly appointed CTCI SEC Chairman Din-Go Ku and CTCI REI President Fortune Chen for their contributions over the past years; he also expected the three GISB companies, CTCI SEC, CTCI REI, and CTCI ASI to join hands together and open up new opportunities for GISB. The ceremony ended up with the blessings of the participating colleagues, managers, and GISB management successfully.

The handover ceremony of the CEO of Group Intelligent Solutions Business (GISB) was held at CTCI REI office on June 17, 2019 at 9:30 AM. Former CEO of GISB, Mr. Hwei-Nan Yi, retired on June 17, 2019. Mr. Yi has been appointed as Executive Supervisor of EXCO, CTCI. Chairman of CTCI Resources Engineering Inc. (CTCI REI), Mr. Kuo-Ann Wu, is promoted as new CEO of GISB and serves concurrently as Chairman of CTCI REI.

The handover ceremony was administered by CTCI GSS CEO Ming-Cheng Hsiao. CTCI ASI Chairman Teng-Yaw Yu/President Evan Chen, CTCI SEC Deputy Chairman Simon Liao/President Walker Wang, and CTCI REI President Dingo Ku were invited as honorable guests to attend the ceremony. The simple but solemn ceremony concluded with success.

A handover ceremony held on September 11, 11:00 at CTCI Second Headquarters marked the transition of chairmanship at two CTCI companies, CTCI Resources Engineering Inc. (CTCI REI) and CTCI Smart Engineering Corporation (CTCI SEC), as well as the transition of presidency at CTCI SEC, all effective the same day.

Dingo Ku, CTCI SEC Chairman, succeeds Kuo-Ann Wu as new CTCI REI Chairman. Wu remains CEO of Group Intelligent Solutions Business (GISB) and Chairman of CTCI Advanced Systems Inc. (CTCI ASI).

Walker Wang, CTCI SEC President, succeeds Dingo Ku as new CTCI SEC Chairman. An-Cheng Kuo, CTCI SEC Vice President, succeeds Wang as new President.

The handover ceremony was presided over by Ming-Cheng Hsiao, CEO of Group Shared Services, and Kuo-Ann Wu, CEO of GISB. Attendees include senior officials from both companies: Simon Liao, GISB/CTCI SEC senior advisor; Evan Chen, President of CTCI ASI; and Fortune Chen, President of CTCI REI.

The simple but grand ceremony has ended in success.
